Chancery Custom pinch pleat draperies are made with a 4" buckram header, include metal pin hooks, and 4" returns, unless otherwise noted on this form.

I understand that upon approval of this order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a place on the CC production schedule.

I understand that if my fabric and materials for this project are not delivered to Chancery Custom 3 weeks prior to scheduled production date, the project will have to be rescheduled based on current production lead times.
